Founded in 1975, our locally-owned staffing organization has 15 professional recruiters. Through our network of offices, we provide staffing services throughout the greater California Central Coast and Los Angeles areas.

The Staffing Division specializes in temporary, temporary-to-hire and direct-hire job placements in the sales/marketing, accounting/finance, administration/office support, legal, healthcare, information technology and engineering arenas. Our recruiters work in conjunction with our executive search division, NCC Executive Search nccexecutivesearch.com, on high-level executive recruiting placements.

Our many years of experience, extensive contacts, as well as commitment to quality service have helped build our organization into the largest local employment agency on the California Central Coast. Our recruiters are committed to finding the best candidates to match the culture of our client’s company. We maintain a database of local professionals and top candidates outside our area, who in many cases are working, but still looking for career development opportunities.
